What It Is: Kajabi is an all-in-one platform for online courses, memberships, and sales funnels.
Why You Need It: Kajabi is the BEST software because it eliminates the need for other programs. There are other programs similar to Kajabi but I've used them and they don't work as well. I use Kajabi to host my website, run my courses, and send marketing emails.
ThriveCart
What It Is: ThriveCart is a payment processor you can use to create checkouts, make sales, and manage affiliates.
Why You Need It: ThriveCart works for ANY kind of payment, but I love it for 1x1 clients because I can give them flexibility in choosing a payment plan and set up automatic withdrawals every month instead of chasing invoices.
Loom
What It Is: Loom is an app you can use to record videos of your computer screen.
Why You Need It: Loom has changed my business because instead of sending long emails I can record videos for my clients. I love the closed captioning feature as well.
Canva Pro
What It Is: Canva is THE BEST design program for entrepreneurs. It's affordable and easy to use.
Why You Need It: You might think as a designer I would hate Canva, but I love it! Canva has made content creation and publishing so easy—I use it for all my social media graphics. If you pay for the pro version, you can upload custom fonts and share templates with others. So worth it!

Business Made Simple
What It Is: Business Made Simple is a collection of courses about running a business the right way.
Why You Need It: I've spent a lot of money on courses and I believe this is the best program to help you establish your business foundation and make sales consistently and effectively. If you're not ready for a course, the book "Business Made Simple" is a great place to get started!
Sales Page in a Day
What It Is: Sales Page in a Day is like a crash course in creating a sales page that really works.
Why You Need It: As a website designer, it's important to me to have sales pages that convert. Amanda's course has given me the confidence to write great copy and design my sales pages in a way that really increases my sales. And it's only $37?!
Wandering Aimfully
What It Is: Wandering Aimfully is an online coaching program hosted by Jason and Caroline Zook.
